I like how they go above & beyond to make their customers satisfied & happy. Especially when it comes to special ordering an item if they don't carry it in-store from any department. The customer service reps are always nice and very welcoming.

This is our Mall Of America in Northome. I got a kennel for my dog and she loves it. All of staff and the owners are very helpful. I also bought a space heater. Their duct tape I could not run my home with out it, paper clips, and a few other things keeps me going and I know I can order just about any thing including my fridge and it will be there for me.
